IN ADDITION TO THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, THE ARBITRATORS SHALL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE RELEVANT TRADE USAGES. THE PRESENT ARBITRATION CLAUSE SHALL BE TREATED AS AN AGREEMENT INDEPENDENT OF THIS CONTRACT AND SHALL IN ANY CASE BE BINDING.
